From 1925 to 1958, the East Broad Top’s neighbor to the north, the Pennsylvania Railroad Company, issued a series of advertising calendars, each measuring 29” by 29”, many of which were illustrated by Grif Teller (1899-1993). Now in 2025, EBT Photographer Matthew Malkiewicz has recreated a Grif Teller style calendar featuring East Broad Top locomotive #16 which is now available for pre-order in our Gift Shop!
This calendar is an authentic recreation of the PRR’s calendars, carefully constructed by measuring an original calendar discovered in the EBT’s Orbisonia Station attic. Featuring tear-away pages for each calendar month, authentic tinning, color match, and a brilliant image of Locomotive #16, each calendar is individually numbered for the true collector, and is perfect both as a functional calendar or a collector’s item.
